The love and care I felt while making this work is apparent in each detail of this piece.
This thought runs through my brain on a daily basis. It's something to think about, something to laugh about, something to possibly do something about, or maybe just to hang alongside the other piece of work that tells you everything is false and live with that duality of thought.
Ready to hang, the wood frame is painted with Prussian blue (a favorite color!) that reflects the light as the hour turns; vintage French photo album page I bought from a little farmer in a tiny town in France, vintage textiles hand-sewn alongside the typed quote, typed up on my old typewriter.
